Full-time opening for an IT Technician.



  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and able to repair or replace damaged hardware
  • Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
  • Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
  • Conducting daily backup operations
  • Managing technical documentation
  • Running various reports for users and management
  • Learn and support major internal software packages



  • Associates Degree in IT or a related course of study or two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understand the basics of a Microsoft Windows Networks in a multi-domain, multi-forest environment spread across multiple locations
  • Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, HTML, JavaScript
  • Understanding of programming techniques and able to write functional programs
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly with high attention to detail
  • Be able to work with confidential data and secure that data against dissemination
