Full-time opening for Technical Service Support in our Engineering Department.



  • Excellent mechanical skills, familiarity with power and hand tools
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical problems
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot basic electrical control panels
  • An understanding of electrical ladder logic
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair problems that are found by a customer over the phone or in person in the field
  • Good interpersonal and phone skills
  • Willingness and skill to train customers and other employees on the product
  • Ability to use MS Office and other basic computer software
  • CAD skills are a plus
