Full-time opening for Technical Service Support in our Engineering Department.
- Excellent mechanical skills, familiarity with power and hand tools
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot basic electrical control panels
- An understanding of electrical ladder logic
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair problems that are found by a customer over the phone or in person in the field
- Good interpersonal and phone skills
- Willingness and skill to train customers and other employees on the product
- Ability to use MS Office and other basic computer software
- CAD skills are a plus
